PR Consultant, Izzy PR
For as long as she can remember, Sarah wanted to be a journalist, despite being told at 16 by the careers teacher that it was ‘a man’s world’.
After a degree in broadcasting, her first job was at the Kent Messenger as a trainee reporter, rising to assistant news editor.
Jobs in PR followed with the Police, NHS, agency and charity sector, heading up the internal and external communications, running campaigns and using all the PR tactics to gain exposure and drive messages to the target audiences.
She went back into journalism with BBC Radio Kent before Izzy PR began.
