Becky has spent the last 10+ years working in digital marketing, starting Reflect Digital in 2011, which 8 years later has resulted in an award-winning team of 24. Reflect Digital work with businesses and brands to fuel growth. Client’s range from household names to lesser-known brands many of which play a part in our every day lives. 

Becky has previously been awarded Young Entrepreneur at the KEIBA’s and was runner up Digital Leader in the 2016 Wirehive Awards. 

With a keen eye on tangible impact, Becky leads her team to continually challenge the norm – pushing boundaries and always going over and above to deliver to a high standard.

Gamification: The Antidote to Modern Advertising

Reflect Digital conducted research in 2018 that corroborated a mood we were already feeling, that consumers are trying their hardest not to be influenced by online marketing. With 58% of respondents saying that "online ads have little or no influence" on their buying behaviour, this could be a huge problem for marketers, along with the rise in ad-blocker usage. So brands and businesses need to re-think their strategy and we feel gamification can be a key ingredient. The talk will include actionable advice so the audience can leave ready to implement gamification into their marketing strategy.
 
Following the session the audience should feel confident to;
  • Understand how gamification could work with their customer base - we will look at how this can apply to corporates as well as consumer-focused businesses.
  • Put a plan in place for a gamification strategy with a clear understanding of realistic objectives that can be achieved.
  • Understand the tracking and data impact that gamification can have on their marketing strategy.
