Why should I exhibit?
Business Vision LIVE is the South East’s premier business event. Exhibiting is an excellent platform to make new business connections, network, raise your company’s profile and brand awareness as well as promote your services.
Who attends?
Each year over 2000 board level/senior management visitors from the South East attend the event to build their network of contacts, find inspiration away from the workplace, get a general overview of other businesses in the South East and to source potential new suppliers.
Can I have a list of the delegates attending?
We can provide you with a sample delegate list but not a full preregistered list.
How much does it cost to exhibit?
Exhibitor/Speaker Package details and costs can be found in the Event Prospectus, contact the sales team on 01892 820930 or email emily@revolution-events.com for a copy.
Can I share a stand with another company?
Yes – we charge an additional £150+VAT (on top of the stand cost) to ensure that both companies get an event guide entry, linked logo on the website and both company names are on the nameboard above your stand.
Can we serve food/drinks on our stand?
It would depend on what you had in mind, please contact Eli our Operations Manager: eli@revolution-events.com to discuss further.
Can I have helium balloons attached to my stand to give us even more of a presence?
This needs to be pre-approved and depends on the location of your stand, please contact Eli our Operations Manager: eli@revolution-events.com to discuss further.
Can we play music on our stand?
This depends on your stand location, it would need to be kept at an agreed volume and if it isn’t your own material, we need to ensure that it is licenced to be used.
Is there free wifi?
Yes! There is free, unsupported Wi-Fi at the Kent Event Centre for all attendees and exhibitors to use on the day. A hardwired connection is available for your stand if you would prefer, at an additional cost of £150+VAT. Please inform the sales team if you would like to add hardwiring to your package.
Will there be food and drink served on the day?
Yes, we have a large catering area in the John Hendry Pavilion for food and another catering area in the Maidstone Exhibition Hall for drinks and snacks. As an exhibitor you will be given free lunch vouchers as part of your package based on the size of your stand. There is also free tea and coffee for everyone throughout the day.
Are there any additional ways to get involved?
As well as exhibiting, we have Roundtable Sessions, Workshop/Speaking Sessions and other various Sponsorship Opportunities, please speak to the sales team for more information on 01892 820930 or email emily@revolution-events.com.
What other ways can we get delegates’ information?
This year we are using a new system which will allow you access to your leads in real time. All delegates will be wearing a badge with a QR code, once set up, the 'Live Lead App' will allow you to scan delegates badges on your smart phone or tablet and receive their contact data via the exhibitor portal.
You will receive an email from Circdata / Fusion exhibit with information on the licenses and how to book. The price for a license is £155. If you have any questions please email Chloe
How do I book to exhibit?
Make sure you have the most up to date floorplan from our sales team. Once you know which stand you’d like we can reserve it for you for 1 week. To secure the stand you just need to sign a booking form and email it back to emily@revolution-events.com.
How do I pay?
We can split the payment up to suit your schedule, payment can be made via BACS, cheque or card details over the phone to our Accounts Team. Once you’ve secured your stand you will receive an email with the invoice (full payment for the stand must be received before the event).
Can I amend the exhibitor package according to my needs?

Do you have recommended suppliers for stand graphics, promotional merchandise and stand design?
Yes we do, their details will be in the Event Manual that is sent to all of our exhibitors via email in the lead up to the event.
When can I set up my stand?
Build-up day is the day before the event (Tuesday 9th May 2023), exhibitors can access the exhibition halls between 9.00am – 5.00pm to set up their stands and meet fellow exhibitors. You will not be able to gain access outside of these times as the venue will be locked (please note, everything MUST be out of the exhibition halls by 5:00pm on Wednesday 10th May).
What if I can't go ahead with my booking?
On termination of a booking contract the exhibitor will remain liable for:
i) if termination is less than four calendar months before the first day of the Event – 100% of the Contract Price.
ii) if termination is more than eight calendar months before the first day of the Event – 25% of the Contract Price.
iii) if termination is at any other time – 75% of the Contract Price.

When will receive our exhibitor badges?
They will be delivered to your stand on build-up day (10 May 2022). For any additional badge orders or changes, please visit the Registration Desk on site.
How can we promote our participation at Business Vision LIVE?
We have banners, emails and branding for you to use to promote your exhibition stand to your clients and potential customers in our Marketing Download Zone. This can be accessed from the Event Manual which is sent to exhibitors in the lead up to the event.
How do I receive the Event Manual?
Once you are booked in to exhibit, our Operations Manager, Eli, will ensure that you receive a copy of the Event Manual prior to the event date. Depending on when you have booked this will be approximately 5 months before the event.
