Rory Murphy is a former Trade Union General Secretary who has wide ranging experience of organising and negotiating across both the public and private sectors in many industries ranging from banking and insurance, to food and drink, chemicals, textiles, NHS and education.
Rory has worked as an HR Director and a Sales and Marketing Director and has experience of running large membership organisations of up to 180,000 members, with nearly 1000 staff and turnovers of up to £10 million.
Rory has worked in Business Development with Wellbeing People for over 10 years.
