Katie has an MBA, and a marketing career spanning 28 years, during which time she has advised and coached leading brands including Harrods, o2, Arsenal FC, Virgin, NatWest and Accenture.

Katie is Managing Director of Zoodikers, and Co Founder of AI in FM.  She is also Group Chair in the South East for the PRCA, and regularly advises and trains the world’s leading agencies. 

Katie is recognised in the field of Social Business strategy and digital transformation. She is writing a book for Kogan Page on AI and marketing.

Katie has delivered two TEDx presentations and is a regular on the international speaker circuit. She is also a frequent commentator on BBC TV and radio.
