It's FREE! Plus there is free parking.

There is ample, free parking available onsite.

The registration desk opens at 9.00 am and will remain open throughout the event, enabling you to attend all day or just pop along for any part of the day.
About Business Vision LIVE
Pre-registered attendees will be able to register for sessions ahead of the event. A personalised link will be emailed about 3 weeks prior to the event date. Don’t worry if you can’t decide (it is a great programme!) as many sessions are available on the day.
Business Vision LIVE attracts over 250 essential suppliers and potential partners from Kent and beyond, offering a comprehensive range of products and services from local sources. A full list of exhibitors can be found here, and to make it easier to find the exact provider you are looking for we have introduced a helpful new logo filtering feature.
There are also a variety of zones within the exhibition area at Business Vision LIVE to give you the opportunity to explore key areas of interest whilst offering further information, guidance and inspiration for your business.
The Exhibition Area will open at 9.00am and be open throughout the event.
Lunch is available to purchase onsite with hot and cold options available. Tea, coffee and light refreshments will also be available throughout the day.
Please note: all onsite catering is cash only and there are no ATMs available onsite so please remember to bring cash with you.

At Business Vision LIVE you will meet key decision makers from a diverse range of organisations, based right across Kent and beyond. Exhibiting at the event will raise awareness of your company and provide you with genuine sales leads to help you build your business. For more information, please click here.
Additionally, you can experience this year’s event to see if it is right for your company and then head to the Organiser’s Office during the day to discuss options for the 2020 event. To register for a potential sponsor badge please contact Emily Taylor.
There is step-free access available to all areas of Business Vision LIVE. Disabled parking spaces are available upon request, please contact Aimée Lucas to arrange.
Disabled toilets are available in the Maidstone Hall.
Your badge barcode will be scanned upon entry to the event and any seminars you attend. It may also be scanned by exhibitors in the Exhibition Area.
We ask all visitors to NOT actively sell or promote their own products or services to exhibiting companies or other visitors while visiting the event. Please click here to view our terms and conditions of entry.
There are no cash machines onsite, please remember to bring cash with you as catering is cash only. The closest ATM will be situated at petrol stations on the A249 but please be aware that the dual carriageway has barriers and it will take approximately 15 minutes to return to Business Vision LIVE.
The first aid point is situated in the Organiser’s Office, within the John Hendry Pavilion.

We do not have any laptop or phone chargers available onsite so please remember to fully charge your devices.
There are toilets in both the Maidstone Hall and the John Hendry Pavilion. Disabled toilets available in the Maidstone Hall.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided by the venue, no password required but is only suitable for browsing purposes.
